At futurefactor we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of visitors to our website and beyond. futurefactor is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. It’s just not how we roll. Any information we retain is from direct interaction with you, with permission and with respect of security and privacy. Because that’s how we do things around here.

Google analytics
When someone visits www.futurefactor.com we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way that does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Career opportunities
It’s great that you’re interested in joining the futurefactor team. We receive many applications through jobseu@futurefactor.com or jobsus@futurefactor.com. Whether your application is successful or not, we only retain information with your consent for a maximum of one year. Anything you don’t want us to keep, we don’t. It’s as simple as that.

As a client of futurefactor, we use your data to deliver agreed services and fulfill our contractual obligations. Once those services are no longer required, we retain data for as long as we legally need it and then delete it from our systems. Our clients are responsible for acquiring consent from their company spokespeople prior to sharing any of their personal data with futurefactor. Security
All data is stored with the utmost respect for security. All futurefactor devices are fully encrypted and password-protected. In the unlikely event that any data be compromised, futurefactor will notify you within 72 hours in accordance with our data breach protocol.

Service Providers
futurefactor works with a number of third parties. Any personal data shared with them will be done so following explicit consent and within the context of legitimate business need. We ensure that all of our service providers have strict privacy protocols in place prior to sharing any data.

Access to your personal information
Thanks to GDPR, you have the right to access and amend any personal data that we hold. You are entitled to view, amend, or delete any personal information that relates to you. Simply email sarah@futurefactor.com and we’ll do the rest.
