Building a future that lasts
The global materials business chose futurefactor to develop a communications strategy supporting the company's commitment to sustainability. We delivered an ambitious vision that seeks to set a new standard for the industry.
Following a period of research, auditing and analysis, we presented our recommendations to Avery Dennison’s Global Corporate leadership team. We identified a clear route to communicate what sustainability means to Avery Dennison through the lens of regeneration.
Sustainability initiatives are already well established throughout the organisation. However, these differ across divisions and regions. We worked closely with divisional leadership teams to identify narratives that would give voice to their core business focus — while laddering up to the global positioning — and reinforce the vision of Avery Dennison as a whole.
Armed with a clear position and targeted narratives, we are driving this campaign for global awareness through a programme of thought leadership within each division of Avery Dennison. Through our work together, we are helping definitively to establish Avery Dennison as the global market leader in sustainability within their category.
