Having reached the number one spot in their category back home in Brazil, the plant-based burger business chose us to help them do the same in Europe.

We prepared the ground with a coverage blitz that focussed on Future Farm’s innovation
credentials, firmly placing the brand on the map in Europe.

Strategy

This was always going to be much more than a product launch. As a new entrant to a relatively mature category, we emphasised Future Farm's potential as a challenger and disruptor.

We developed a brand narrative that dialled up the company's ambitious mission to change the way the world eats, targeting tech, lifestyle and business titles.

Content

We helped Future Farm maximise the potential of their most powerful assets: charismatic founder Marcos Leta; their origin story as a challenger in the world's top meat producing country; and a superior product at a significantly lower price point than their peers.

In addition to driving media engagement, we provided the Future Farm team with interview support and follow-up, ensuring no key message was missed.

Communication

From the start we ensured that Future Farm got the attention it deserved, with interviews in the Netherlands' leading financial paper het Financieele Dagblad, as well as mainstream paper Het Algemeen Dagblad. Lifestyle highlights included features in VMT and Sprout. All this ensured that within weeks Future Farm was outselling its biggest rival store for store.
